IMPORTANT : READ CAREFULLY: THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATES ("TA") AND GANTTHEAD.COM, INC. ("GANTTHEAD") REGARDING THE PROJECTMANAGEMENT.COM WEB SITE (THE "WEB SITE").
